The Show
"Entwined"
The message for the show is to demonstrate diversity, love, and positive change. Its about rising above and representing cultural differences as a community and overcoming adversity (any kind of misfortune, mistreatment, discrimination) - being empowered no matter what our circumstances are.The idea is also to highlight what "Love is"; being honest, humble, committed, selfless, or kind. It defines our cultural nuances and how it evolves as we connect with the things important to us in life.
Another key theme is showcasing how we can defeat social and discriminating issues and change how we interact with one another as humans "Entwined" intersecting and overlapping with the world we share. It’s time to step up and represent ourselves, each other and our communities becoming “Entwined”.
This event is inspired by the social issues arising in our communities and on social media. It’s about sending a positive message.
